By connecting your Lightspeed shop to the eWarehousing WMS (Warehouse Management System), the middleware lets you streamline your eWarehousing operations and optimise your order fulfilment process.

How the Lightspeed Middleware Helps eWarehousing WMS Fulfil Orders Efficiently

The middleware acts as a bridge between your Lightspeed shop and eWarehousing WMS. By retrieving order information from the Lightspeed eCom API on a schedule, we enable your eWarehousing system to efficiently process and fulfil orders.

1. Automated Order Import: Orders placed on Lightspeed are pulled into the middleware on a recurring schedule and forwarded to eWarehousing for processing.
2. Inventory Synchronisation: Stock levels can be pushed back to Lightspeed at a configurable interval, minimising the risk of overselling and removing the need for manual stock adjustments.
3. Shipment Notifications: Once an order is shipped from the warehouse, shipping details are pushed back to Lightspeed so the customer is kept informed.

• A Lightspeed shop with an active seller account
• Access to the Lightspeed Instellingen (Settings) area of that shop
• Access to the eWarehousing Lightspeed middleware admin (eWarehousing employees have this)
