Configuring the eWarehousing Plugin

This section will describe how to configure and use the plugin.

  1. From the sidebar, go to the eWarehousing configuration page.
  2. Here, you’ll see fields for all the necessary information. Enter your details in each field as described below and select the right options for your setup.
    1. Customer ID: Your unique customer ID, given to you by your WMS provider.
    2. Username: The username for your WMS account.
    3. Password: The password for your WMS account. 
  3. This step is optional, only enter details if you have a second account in WMS. Do not enter the same details as the first account. 
    1. Customer code (additional): Your unique customer ID for your second WMS account. 
    2. Username (additional):  Your username for your second WMS account. 
    3. Password (additional): Your password for your second WMS account. 
    4. Selecting countries: 
      1. Press “Add Country” and select the country from the dropdown where orders will be synced.
      2. When “Save” is pressed the selected countries will be saved, an overview is shown on the page.
      3. Note: the selection will overwrite the existing selection of countries. 
  4. Fill in the remaining fields:
    1. Order Prefix: This is a short prefix (like "MyStore_") that you choose to identify your orders in eWarehousing. It will be added to each order reference for simple identification.
    2. Sendcloud Integration ID: If you use Sendcloud for shipping, enter your Sendcloud ID here.
    3. Update Order Status: Check this box if you want to keep order statuses in sync between your store and the WMS.
    4. Update Stock Levels: Check this box if you want stock levels in your store to match stock levels in the WMS automatically.
    5. Stock Type: Select which type of stock you want to sync with (e.g., "Available stock").
    6. WMS: This code tells eWarehousing which Warehouse Management System (WMS) you’re using. For customers this should be “EWH”. It is stated below the General Settings title. 
  5. Press Save. The plugin is now configured.
